NEW TO CHURCH ON THE ROCK DAINGERFIELD?
HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT AT A SUNDAY SERVICE.
We are a passionate group of believers who love to worship and lift each other up in scripture and encouragement. You won’t find a friendlier group of people around who strive to present exciting and family oriented worship to God.
Upon entering the Sanctuary you’ll be greeted by warm smiles and a comfortable atmosphere of fellowship. At 10:30 a.m. the Worship Team will start off with a song of praise and invite you to worship from right where you are sitting or standing. We encourage you to use this time to pray, give thanks to the Lord, and engage in your relationship with Jesus Christ our Saviour. The Musical Worship portion could be 20-30 minutes or longer depending on the given engagement and intimacy at that point in time any given morning. It is a special time we don’t want to take for granted.
Following the Musical Worship time, a Leader will come up, make any notable announcements, dismiss the children, and encourage giving through Tithes & Offering. This is an opportunity to give thanks, honor Him, and express faith for what God has done and will do in our lives.
Next is the Message. You will be taught and encouraged through Biblical stories and scriptures as well as humorous anecdotes and situations given by our seasoned and compassionate Pastor, Randy Seybert.
During dismissal, we may have a short prayer time for the prayer requests of the people of the church body. We always go out with a SHOUT of PRAISE!
